Yes, authenticity is a huge one for me. We all have fears and apprehensions. No one has all the answers. The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know. I love being around authentic people regardless of their jobs or status. Authentic people are cool people!

I love the comment: I think we need more authenticity in the world.

What a different place the world would be if we could just cut the crap and stop trying to impress everybody! I just put a question out on facebook asking if anyone really does have their life figured out or if they are just pretending… the response? Everyone commented that they had NO IDEA what they were doing!

I always find it funny with the consulting I do because eventually all of my business owners confess that they have no idea how to run a business. They are so relieved when I tell them I hear that ALL THE TIME!

I wish we all could be a bit more open about the fact that we don’t know what we are doing, (I sure don’t!) and focus more on sharing our passions and helping each other out along the way!
